Photo A Day 84 - 95

I decided that the I'd go out with my instant camera to do my latest set of images for my Photo A Day project. I love the colour tones that the camera creates, and the uncertainty of what might come off the camera!

I took it up to the wedding I was shooting on the Black Isle, and even used it while doing some photos with the bride and groom.

This is going to be my second last blog post for my Photo A Day project as I'm going to stop at 100 images, which is this Sunday. I deliberately didn't call it a 365 project as I wasn't sure how long I would do it for. It started as a way to develop my photography style and to experiment with it. It is something I would consider doing again, when perhaps I have more time to blog the images every other day.

FRIDAY 8TH JULY/ 84 - STRATHPEFFER

This was the view of the wedding venue in Strathpeffer from my hotel. The scenery was stunning so I used the opportunity to use my instant camera again to capture the lovely greens. 

SATURDAY 9TH JULY/ 85 - BRIDE

This is the bride, Katie, she is my brother's friend and they asked me to take the photographs at the wedding. I love this photo of Katie as her sister's were lacing up her dress.

SUNDAY 10TH JULY/ 86 - VILLAGE GARDENS

We all met the day after the wedding in the town square before heading off to the to Katie's parents house for a Sunday BBQ before heading back down the road to Glasgow.

This is the columns outside the GOMA on Queen Street.

  TUESDAY 12TH JULY/ 88 - LANE

I had taken photos of the urban art and posters along this lane. I really like the dingy atmosphere contrasted with detail tiles.

WEDNESDAY 13TH JULY/ 89 - URBAN ADVERT

This is one of my favourite of my instant camera images. It is at the same lane I took the Urban Art image. I love the way the camera captures the colours of the images.

 THURSDAY 14TH JULY/ 90 - TO LET

FRIDAY 15TH JULY/ 91 - GIRLS NIGHT

Night out with the girls from work for Stephanie's birthday. 

SATURDAY 16TH JULY/ 92 - DRINKS

Out in the West End for lunch this is just outside the Loft on Ashdon Lane. Again I love what the instant camera has done with the colours. 

 SUNDAY 17TH JULY/ 93 - VW CAMPERVAN

Walking along Byers Road I saw this VW Camper Van. I love it! I have this photo up in my living room! 

 MONDAY 18TH JULY/ 94 - GARDEN

Monday bank holiday and a day for appreciating the colours in the gardens.
